Kids / Parents

  • Do you want to communicate, give and receive affection and build a strong
    relationship with your little one?
  • Do you want to discover the benefits of massage for you and your baby?
  • Do you want to relax and share a special moment together?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, Baby Massage is for you.
Classes of Baby Massage are a great way to learn, meet other parents, and have a special time with your baby.

Each class works through:

  • Benefits of massage
  • Positioning and condition of massage
  • Contra-indication of massage
  • Information about oils
  • Non-verbal baby language
  • Massage techniques
  • Answers to many of your questions.

You do not need any qualification for the class, just the love and attention you give to your little one.

Massage for your little one

Baby Massage can help alleviate problems with stomach aches and colic found in young children. In addition, relaxation helps growth and reinforces the immune system. It stimulates the development of the baby, and above all, it can help your little one have a better and deeper nights sleep.

Can massage also help my older little ones?
Of course!

Children are growing fast and this can induce pain in their joints and limbs. You might often hear them saying their knees are painful or they haven't slept well the night before.

Some of them are physically active and need to keep their muscles supple and strong to have a normal and healthy body.

Others have injuries or discomfort.

Preventative and supportive massage would be an excellent choice to help your older ones develop and grow healthily.
