The Bowen Technique - The Bowen Technique is a holistic remedial technique that involves very gentle but direct moves over muscles, tendons, nerves, ligaments, joints and fascia. Tom Bowen developed this technique now known as The Bowen Technique as a gentle effective form of body balance for optimum health helping those common problems such an back and neck pain.

The Emmett Technique - The technique involves the application of light pressure at particular points and in sequences that enables the gentle physical release of muscle groups. A technique that is mostly used within the Injury Clinic due to its precise focus on problem areas and its often quick ability to encourage the body into making a change.

Functional Fascial Taping - This is a unique way to assess and apply tape for specific areas of discomfort. It creates immediate pain relief and increases range of motion. Encouraging normal movement patterns and therefore highly effective when rehabilitating and for allowing activity such as sport.

Emm-Tech course?- Emm-Tech is a short course available to the general public offering a small, focused set of skills and knowledge which help to ease pain and discomfort. This short course derived from The Emmett Technique is taught by qualified tutors using simple terminology and is very easy to learn. No prior experience or training is needed.
We are able to share with you moves for neck, shoulders, arms, legs, chest and lower back. These releases are shown to you and may be used for self-help or to aid family, friends and those around you that are in discomfort or with restricted range of movement. Tight or painful areas can be released almost instantaneously.
